Becoming Ms. Tracy is a space for women who are ready to rise.
It’s for anyone rebuilding after hard seasons, choosing themselves again, and discovering who they are becoming with honesty, courage, and hope.

Inspired by Brené Brown’s Manifesto of the Brave and Brokenhearted, this work is about showing up for your own life—wholeheartedly, imperfectly, and with a deep belief that new beginnings are always possible.

Here, we grow braver.
Here, we grow wiser.

We own our stories.

We write our own daring endings.

This is where healing begins.

This is where the becoming unfolds.

There will be times when standing alone feels too hard, too scary, and we will doubt our ability to make our way through the uncertainty. Someone, somewhere, will say, ‘Don’t do it. You don’t have what it takes to survive the wilderness.’ This is when you reach deep into your wild heart and remind yourself, I AM THE WILDERNESS!
— Dr. Brene` Brown

I am Ms. Tracy Rae Jackson. I am strong, resilient, courageous, brave, and beautiful. I am worthy of love and belonging. I am living my best life yet and doing so wholeheartedly. I am Braving the Wilderness.

And these roles are the best part of me. They make up who I am in every fiber of my being.

I am a Gigi to two beautiful granddaughters, and a daughter to my sweet father, whom everyone knows as Poppi. Goodness, where would I be without my daddy?

Roots and Roadmaps

Mama to these four amazing humans, and mama in love to their spouses and significant others. They are everything beautiful in this world.

I am a full-time college student, an Early Childhood Development Specialist, and a future L.C.S.W. and RPT. I am taking it all one day at a time and loving all the people along the way.

For more encouragement on your own journey to becoming, I would be honored to share more details with you over on my blog, Roots and Roadmaps.

You are only free when you realize you belong no place. You belong every place. No place at all. The price is high. The reward is great.
